This recipe is for a healthier version of granola, with the added benefit of nuts and seeds to provide some omega 3 essential fatty acids. Delicious sprinkled on top of fruit and yoghurt, for a nutritious start to the day. Good for busy mums and fussy eaters alike!
This is a recipe I created for my sons 11th birthday cake. It was a carrot cake made healthier with the addition of wholemeal flour, rapeseed oil and pineapple. Its 'Stranger Things' themed with Joy's alphabet communication wall wand Belgian waffles to imitate 'Eggos'.
