Kids Pitta Pizza's

Encouarge your kids to make their own tea with these fun pitta pizza's which provide 1 of their 5 a day!


1 wholemeal pitta bread
1 teaspoon tomato puree
35g reduced fat mozzarella cheese, diced
40g vegetables e.g. sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives
pinch of mixed herbs


Place your pitta bread on a baking tray
Toast one side lightly under the grill
Flip over and spread the top with a teaspoon of tomato puree
Top with ham and vegetables
Add cheese
Sprinkle with herbs
Place under the grill till cheese is bubbling
